Welcome to the pre-launch of the Monterey County Examiner.

In 2012 we moved from Maryland, a blue state with dense poulation around the nations capital to the Coastal Area of California , a less densly populated deep blue part of a typically blue state. The problems with California Commerce, Goverment and Media make the problems in Maryland look tiny.

For east coasters, California is being run as if it's the 1960s in Appalachia. What most assuredly may have been good for many in the 1970s and 80s has become very one sided, and if you aren't on that side, you know it. If you are, you've likely been without an opposing view so long, you've forgotten everthing about glue too.

The current primary content provider for the Monterey County Examiner (MCE) heard some odd things about the real estate market from 2013 to 2018 but didn't think much of it. In 2019 somemthign odd happened that interested him in goign to a local town hall, and that's where the wonder and curisity abuout the brazen and bizarre nature of CA politics was ignited. After that, one strange experience after another led to a home purchase gone rogue. That lead to many inquiries and investigations. That lead to lawsuits. That led to some of the most outlandish civil court behvior most people could never imagine.

Did you know a dead attorney can file a motion in the Monterey County Superior Court?

Did you know when it turns out that motion was never served but meant to be the active motion for a hearing the recipients were mislead about due to false servic by an Old Basque Attorney, NOBODY in the Monerey County Clerks office, or the Judge, or the CA Bar cared?

Why wouldn't they care?

How were we supposed to oppose a dead Attorney for lack of service?

What needs to be shared about the corruption of California adults is so obscene, it must be shared with a veiled chuckle, Otherwise it would simple be be too much for any sane people to read and handle.

Pre - Launch Dialogue about the Monterey Herald and the loss of Investigative Journalism in CA years and decades ago...

You - "Why not reach out to the Monterey Herald before starting your own competing news source"

Me - "I've cc'd them on things and they are crickets"

You - "hum. I wonder why."

Me - "According to Wikipedia, the Monterey Herald is currently owned by Media News Group, which is owned by Digital Media First, a Denver Colorado media company. They are owned by Alden Global capital and that is owned by Randall D Smith. Smith is a New York hedge fund manager known as the "founder of Vulture Capital" and he and his company have a reputation for "strip mining" its newspaper holdings. "

You - "How does one 'strip mine' newspapers?"

Me - "First and formost only old people probably subscribe and they are likely subscribers to death. then it looks like they centralize printing and tek over editing. Presumably they may lay off some local people and this day in age, they may have AI going out to curate stories and do layouts. Then it may be a function of getting paid NOT to print stuff more than to print stuff -- and heck, maybe they even use tips that come in for blackmail instead? That seems to be the modern trend around a lot of things. Why not in the print news business too?"

You - "Wow. I never thought of it that way. that's really wrong".

Me - "Me neither. I didn't even look it up until after I was comitting to this path and realized the door may be wider open for fresh chops than most could ever have imagined".

Glenn Church - District 2 - Two odd engagements via email with Church's Chief of Staff reveal a woman bent on truth twisting and word play. Are the emails even getting to Church? Did he hire her or was she "assigned to him"? Is he willingly her shadow or does she have him captured? A first attempt at a meeting to check his connection was stifled by the Chief. A second, with more revealing details stimulated a strange response. it appears to have been written in part by him and in part by her or someone else, but that's just a hunch. A few odd statements are made that no politician should have made to a constituent. Was that his "wink-wink-nod-nod " way to say he was in distress ? Or did he write any of it or is it all her mirage? A push back email went out -- jiggling their bells with a bit more tassel and bristle. What came back was shocking. A view under the hood became clearer yet more foul simultaneously. No peripheral vision for sure but who was lacking it? The only question left to ask was, "is it him , her , or both of them" on the thin ice now. view for more... (link coming soon)

Luis Alejo - District 1 - An Attorney in a hat. Statutorily Small, but a GIANT in his minds eye . Alejo worked first in law helping those in need while paying off student debt for quite a while. He didn't get financial easy street. Politics then shifted in , but did he stay clean? A lover of the BAR but should he be? Does he "really know" what the BAR "really is" or does he still have a vision of "ideal" that's not the heal it truly is. Alejo was notified many times about many concerns that his constituents needed to know to "be protected" from the predators at large. But did he warn them? Did he warn any of them at all? That is the question...

Monterey County Environmental Health Bureau, Monterey County Housing and Urban Dev and the Ghost of Doctor JC Milrod

Cheryl Sandoval - An apparent lover of bonds, it seems she went into water for the love of Ions. With strength in science and less in people, did she get lost along the way? if so, just how lost did she go? There once was a man named JC. A Chiro for all to see. A man challenged more than any could see. A man of old seas far stronger than thee. He once bought some land to set his heart free. What he got instead was a small trailer for three and 20 years sucking on hose. JC was subject to a Hoax. The Hoax involved coordination between the the Monterey County Environmental Health Bureau and the Monterey CountyHousing and Urban Development office (the permitting office). Sandoval was no where around when the Hoax was first found. However, it seems clear she was there when he sought to steer clear. What does she know about what happened to him. Was it his contractor who initiated it? Was it Dale Ellis in Zoning? Was it his neighbor? Was it someone unclear? What does she know now. That is the question for sure.

Marni Flagg - Only a reader of scrpts on video for sure and absolutley no master of wells. At least not in 2013 anyway. She too was aorund in 2013 for JC's attempted rebound. It was she who stated PVC decays in a way that rhymes with "what did she say?" Is she pushing rich people to stainless for a 10x cost unnecessary from ignorance or other? Why would one say that? Does she know anythignn about that or the document so foul?

Ric Encarnacion - A man with a devils eye but the face of a laughing buddah. This, said JC, in more ways than one, is the one who concerned him the most. He sensed someting swell when the man was not well. Like the others, Encarcion was NOT around when the hoax first took shape, but he most certainly was when he was jumped by a second set of apes. Or was JC wrong? Was herightfuly declined a permit. That will be for Encarnacion to clarify with no room left for doubt.

MC Housing and Urban Development - it wsa behind the original MC EHB fantoms now those phantoms first hid, but it's uncler if they all were covering for an Ellis or two. No names are known for part 1 or part 2, but then came part 3. After the 2nd denial someone from one group was shifted to another and suposedly "she" was in enforcement now and supposedly "she" used her position of power to request favors of others. This is but hearsay today but he was clear it was presented -- and that his decline lead to his decline. Now. Who knows who she was and what was known of the enforcer with a mind unkind to those not of like mind?
